Northwind SC proudly partners with Drive Goalkeeping, to provide specialized goalkeeper training to our players. Drive GK have over 25 years of collective coaching experience and working with GK's from Division I college athletes to club and high school players.

U8 - U12

Training designed for players just beginning to play as goalkeepers or have been playing the position for a few years. Players will receive a balance of technical and tactical training within this role and in game-like training environments.

U13 - U19

Training designed for players around the 11v11 format. This training is designed for players who are

primarily goalkeeers or play it as a secondary role. This training will be game-realisite and have a blend

of technical but mostly tactical focuses.

FITNESS

Goalkeepers are a unique position. As such, the demands on their abilities are much different than other players on the field. Each session builds in physical fitness elements specific to the demands of the role such as core strength, leg strength,

foot speed, reaction time, and much more.

TEAM TRAINING

Recognzing that this role is integral to the rest of the team. Drive GK will do on field training with the goalkeeper's team to work the relationship between defenders and the goalkeeper, as well as, coach

through various game situations.
